Melissa McDonald, B.A.
3rd Grade

Melissa McDonald teaches third grade at Captain Gilmer School. This is her third year of teaching. She has taught in both public and private schools. Mrs. McDonald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a minor in English at Southern Adventist University. Her goal is to help students get an education that emphasizes academic and spiritual growth.

In Mrs. McDonald's spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband are expecting their first child in October. Mrs. McDonald plans to be back to the classroom after Christmas break.
